Die offizielle Star Wars Homepage hat schon sehr früh das Verpackungsdesign 2012 vorgestellt. Zu Ehren der Episode I - 3D Kinoveröffentlichung wird auch die Verpackung wieder an Episode I angepasst. Wie schon 1999 ziert niemand anderes als Darth Maul die Verpackung. Um aber alle Unklarheiten zu beseitigen erkläre ich nochmal für wen diese Verpackung gilt. Diese Design wird ab Anfang 2012 (evtl. schon zum Weihnachtsgeschäft 2011) für Lego und Hasbro Artikel verwendet.
(Bei Hasbro wird das Design für alle Main-Lines ( The Clone Wars und Saga Legends) und dazugehörige Sub-Lines verwendet. Die aktuell laufende und auch in 2012 erscheinende "The Vintage Collection "(TVC) will stay with the familiar design, retro nostalgia look! The same is true for all pure-bred TVC products. As an example, I call the two medium VehicleTIE-Fighter and Snowspeeder) the last year, in vintage container to an outrageous Price appeared.
This is the moment of course difficult to imagine such a package in conjunction with "The Clone Wars" products, but time will tell us if it works. The new design created by PILOT actually replaces the "Shadows of the Dark Side / Dark Skies" design which is currently used.
now I've read some votes are dissatisfied with this decision. I predict, however, the Lucasfilm everything right, and take the hype from the 3D release is. I am thrilled by the decision to make again Darth Maul on the package. Collectors do it nostalgia, here it is!
